Plastics - Key Waste Numbers: - Kb 15 01 02 - Plastic Packaging, - Kb 20 01 39 - Plastic From Municipal Waste The Content Of This Type Of Waste And These Key Numbers Includes, For Example: Bottles For Refreshing Drinks, Corks; Plastic Plates, Plastic Cutlery, Protective Packaging For Various Food Products; Glasses And Containers Of Yogurt And Dairy Products; Bottles Of Edible Oil, Distilled Water; Packaging Of Household Cleaning And Washing Products; Packaging Of Human Hygiene Products And Cosmetics; Polyethylene Bags, Films And Bubble Packaging And The Like; The Subject Of Procurement Is The Service Of Acceptance And Collection Of Separately Collected Waste Plastic From Municipal Waste (Key Waste Number 20 01 39) And Separately Collected Waste Plastic Packaging (Key Waste Number 15 01 02) Within The Framework Of The Public Service Of Municipal Waste Collection By The Client, And Which Is Not In The Return Fee System. The Waste In Question Is In Bulk, And It Is Necessary To Sort The Waste Through A Sorting Plant. The Service In Question Must Enable The Further Application Of Material Recovery Procedures For Received Recyclable Municipal Waste In An Appropriate And Adequate Manner In Accordance With The Law On Waste Management (Official Gazette Of The Republic Of Croatia 84/2021 And 142/2023), The Ordinance On Packaging And Waste Packaging, Plastic Products For Single Use And Fishing Gear Containing Plastic (Official Gazette Of The Republic Of Croatia 137/2023), By-Laws, And In Accordance With The Application Of The Decision That Will Result From The Public Call For The Fzoeu For The Selection Of A Processor Of Recyclable Municipal Waste Whose Flows Consist Predominantly Of Waste Packaging Collected By Public Service Providers From 26.11.2024. Year And This Procurement Documentation. In Its Service, The Selected Bidder Must Enable Reporting And Up-To-Date Delivery Of Data On Sorting Results And Further Processing Of Received Recyclable Municipal Waste According To The Needs Of The Client And Other Competent Authorities Involved In The Process Of Managing Recyclable Municipal Waste. Note: Plastic Packaging And Plastic From Municipal Waste That Is The Subject Of The Collection And Removal Service May Contain Certain Amounts Of Impurities That Are Not Defined By The Key Numbers Mentioned Above, And The Bidder Is Obliged To Dispose Of These Impurities Independently Of The Customer. The Total Offered Price Must Also Include The Cost Of Collection And Removal Of Waste That Cannot Be Classified Under The Relevant Key Numbers.
