The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Selection Of A Contractor For Design, Supervision And Construction (Engineering) For The Site: Bridge Facility At Km 10+796 On Road Iii-551 Debelec-Plakovo-Elena And Bridge Facility At Km 14+608 On Road Iii-551 Debelec-Plakovo-Elena. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Appoint A Contractor And Conclude A Contract For The Preparation Of Technical Projects And The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works, In Connection With The Construction Of The Site, With A View To The Preparation Of Comprehensive And Legal Technical Projects That Will Serve For Quality Construction, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And In Compliance With The Agreed Deadlines. The Investment Project (The Project Documentation) Should Be Prepared In The Technical Design Phase In The Volume And Content Specified In The Design Assignment (Appendix A) To The Public Procurement Documentation And In Accordance With The Regulatory Acts And Technical Specifications. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes A Description Of The Activities Under The Procurement, As Follows: A) Activity Design - Implementation Of Design Works (Pr): B) Activity Construction - Implementation Of Construction - Assembly Works (Smr): C) Removal Of Defects Manifested During The Warranty Periods: D) All Other Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement And The Warranty Maintenance Of The Construction, Specified In This Documentation And Its Annexes.
