The Subject Of This Contract Is The Supply Of Unmodified Cation-Active Asphalt Emulsion Of Fission Class 3 (Quick Fission) With A Minimum Asphalt Content Of 65%, Intended For Routine Maintenance Of Roads, Especially For Local Maintenance Of Roads Using The Jet Method And For The Technology Of Single And Multi-Layer Coatings (Approved Md-Opk And Úp No. 651/2011-910-Ipk/1 Dated 14.9. 2011 With Effect From October 1, 2011 And Tp 96, Amendment No. 1–October 2020) With The Required Adhesion Of Unmodified Cation-Active Asphalt Emulsion To Aggregate Fraction 2/4, 2/5, 4/8 And 8/11. The Required Adhesion Of The Unmodified Cation-Active Asphalt Emulsion To Aggregate Fraction 8/11 Must Be At Least 90% (See The Minimum Technical Requirements Of Article Iii Of This Purchase Contract And Paragraph 3.2 Of The Tender Documentation).
