The Subject Of This Contract Is The Supply Of Unmodified Cation-Active Asphalt Emulsion Of Fission Class 3 (Quick Fission) With A Minimum Asphalt Content Of 65%, Intended For Routine Maintenance Of Roads, Especially For Local Maintenance Of Roads Using The Jet Method And For The Technology Of Single And Multi-Layer Coatings (Approved Md-Opk And Úp No. 651/2011-910-Ipk/1 Dated 14.9. 2011 With Effect From October 1, 2011 And Tp 96, Amendment No. 1–October 2020) With The Required Adhesion Of Unmodified Cation-Active Asphalt Emulsion To Aggregate Fraction 2/4, 2/5, 4/8 And 8/11. The Required Adhesion Of The Unmodified Cation-Active Asphalt Emulsion To Aggregate Fraction 8/11 Must Be At Least 90% (See The Minimum Technical Requirements Of Article Iii Of This Purchase Contract And Paragraph 3.2 Of The Tender Documentation). The Participant Is Obliged To Provide Certificates/Documents On The Adhesion To Aggregate Fraction 8/11 Tested On 2 (Two) Aggregate Samples Submitted By The Client. The Client Requires Two Samples Of Adhesion To The Aggregate Due To The Use Of Aggregate From Two Sources (Quarries). Samples Will Be Marked With The Number 1 And 2.
