Mar 2026 The Polish Center for International Aid (PCPM), with the secured funding from the Lebanon Humanitarian fund (LHF), is in the process of implementing a humanitarian project that will provide life-saving food assistance for 810 newly arrived households in underserved areas of Akkar, who are grappling with food insecurity. Activities focus on integrated, tailored support to meet the most urgent humanitarian needs of newcomers in priority areas. This will be achieved through the provision of food parcels ensuring coverage of basic monthly food needs of families of newcomers residing outside shelters, distributed over 3 months. PCPM hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. How to apply The only eligible applicants for this ITB are legally registered entities. Bidders are required to prepare their bid in accordance with the procedures set out in this ITB: The Bid shall comprise all duly filled forms A-F found at the end of the attached ITB, including the risk matrix, designed to mitigate delays or changes related to the challenging context in Lebanon (fuel, electricity, items scarcity, transportation etc.). Additionally, candidates are required to submit signed letters confirming the following: Items expiry date is at least two years from delivery date; Availability in stock of the requested material (including same specifications and brands) for an additional 50% of the tenders total value; Readiness to replace any damaged items or items not conforming to ITB requirements; That the offered prices will remain unchanged during the whole period of the contract until 18.06.2026; Bidders are required to offer at least 2 locally-sourced items from the list of items in Section 5 Bids are to be sent in two password-encrypted PDF files (2-envelopes system) comprising all required forms and attachments, clearly marked Technical Offer & Financial Offer. The password to the files shall only be sent upon the deadline for submissions in a separate email message from the same email address which was used to send the Bid itself; Failure to strictly adhere to the above requirements will automatically result in the offer being rejected.
