Tenders are invited for Social Media Handler / Content Creator - Lebanon Innovate. The Lebanon Innovate Program aims at supporting the transformation of innovations and technological findings emerging from universities into market-ready products and commercial ventures to boost the Lebanese productive sectors. Scope of Work: The social media handler / content creator will work closely with the Communication Coordinator to: Produce 10 12 social media posts per month using a variety of formats, including: Short talking-head videos: Casual yet professional videos filmed in informal settings. The consultant is expected to ensure proper basic setup, including adequate lighting, clear audio, suitable framing, and an appropriate location that reflects a professional but approachable tone. Minimal animated content: Short-form videos optimized for social media consumption. Content includes simple 2D graphic animations, animated text overlays, and light motion elements to support key messages without heavy visual complexity. Success stories: Informational visuals or short videos highlighting success cases, beneficiaries, or outcomes of the program (no videographer casual content as well). Content should clearly communicate impact, value, and relevance in a concise and engaging format. Static posts: Clean, visually appealing still visuals designed to communicate a single clear message. These may include quotes, key facts, announcements, or highlights related to the program or portal, aligned with branding guidelines. Carousel posts: Multi-slide posts designed to tell a short story, explain a process, or break down information step-by-step (e.g. how the portal works, program benefits, or key insights), ensuring clarity and logical flow across slides. Screen recordings / walkthrough videos: Short screen-capture videos demonstrating the use of the Lebanon Innovate portal or specific tools and features. These videos should be clear, well-paced, and easy to follow, with optional on-screen text or voice-over for guidance. Captions & Copywriting: Draft captions and accompanying copy (with mentions and tags) for all social media posts, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with the communication objectives of the program. Publishing & Scheduling: Publish content on the programs social media channels according to the agreed posting schedule, including the appropriate use of hashtags, tags, mentions, and calls-to-action to maximize reach and engagement. Brand & Tone Alignment: Ensure full alignment with the Lebanon Innovate programs tone of voice, branding guidelines, and overall purpose, maintaining consistency across all published content. Quality & Platform Optimization: Ensure all content is visually clear, well-framed, properly formatted, and optimized for the technical and visual requirements of each social media platform. 3. Deliverables and Timeline: The consultant will start first week of February with the possibility of renewing the following month(s) Deliverables will include: 10-12 social posts (in February) of different formats with captions and posting Brief monthly summary of completed work with insights Deliverables are to be submitted on a rolling basis, coordinated with the communication lead for the program 4. Reporting and Communication: Reports to the Communications Team Lead of Lebanon Innovate Program Regular check-ins (virtual or onsite as needed) for editorial alignment Content drafts, edits, and approvals coordinated through shared folders and emails 5. Evaluation and Approval: Performance will be evaluated based on: Quality, originality, and clarity of writing Ability to translate complex ideas into engaging narratives Timeliness and responsiveness to feedback Initiative in proposing relevant, interesting content ideas All deliverables will be reviewed and approved by the Communications Team before publication.
