Feb 2026 We are seeking an experienced Employment & Apprenticeship Consultant to support the coordination and implementation of inclusive employment and apprenticeship programs for individuals with disabilities and financial challenges. The consultant will build partnerships with employers and apprenticeship hosts, support beneficiaries throughout their employment and apprenticeship journey, and contribute to successful job placement outcomes through both office-based and field activities. The consultant will operate both from the office and in the field, participating in meetings with companies and NGOs, job fairs, networking events, and training programs. Responsibilities And Main Duties: Coordinate employment and apprenticeship project activities and timelines. Analyze risks and opportunities related to inclusive employment and apprenticeship programs. Achieve project targets and outcomes within the schedule. Document internal and external reports. Build partnerships with employers, companies, and relevant organizations. Identify and promote apprenticeship opportunities aligned with beneficiaries skills and career goals. Provide support to beneficiaries through job coaching, CV review, interview preparation, and workplace integration. Coordinate placement, follow-up, and monitoring of beneficiaries during apprenticeship periods. Job Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office (excel, Word). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language. Previous experience in NGOs or recruitment companies is a plus.
