School Catering Services – Provision Of Catering Services For Municipal Daycare Centers, Schools And After-School Care Centers. The Contractor Will Prepare The Meals In External Kitchens (I.E. Not In The Facility Kitchens). The Service Also Includes The Delivery Of The Food And/Or All Products Required For Production To The Relevant Facilities. In Addition, All Tasks Related To Serving Food As Well As Cleaning And Waste Disposal Are Also Included In The Service On The Same Day. With Regard To The Daycare Centers, The Contractor Must Also Clean The Dishes After Breakfast And Prepare The Dishes For Snacks. With Regard To Schools, The Lunch Provision Covered By The Contract Must Be Provided As A Buffet. A So-Called Presentation Portion Must Be Exhibited In Each Case. The Students Are Allowed To Portion Their Own Food. The Contractor Is Obliged To Monitor The Portioning Of Food In Such A Way That The Students Do Not Over-Portion It. The Average Daily Number Of Food Portions To Be Produced And Delivered Are Estimated Guidelines Based On Forecasts/Experience And Are Subject To Change. The Information About The Expected Scope Of Delivery (See Facility Description) Therefore Does Not Justify The Contractors Claim To This Amount And, On The Other Hand, Does Not Limit The Scope Of The Delivery. During The School Holidays, Only The After-School Children Are To Be Cared For In Relation To The Primary Schools. The Daycare Centers Also Have To Be Looked After During The Holidays.
