With This Tender, The Construction Contractor And The E&W Installer, Hereinafter The Contractors, Are Selected And Contracted, Who Will First Take Part In The Construction Team For The Renovation Of The Town Hall. The To Will Be Developed Within A Construction Team. After Completing The To Phase As A Construction Team, The Contractors To Be Contracted Are The First To Be Entitled To Submit A Quotation For The Work To Be Carried Out. If The Final Contract Price Is Accepted, The Contract Will Be Signed If The Conditions Have Been Agreed. The Work Of The Design Team Includes The Architectural, Structural And Installation Technical Design, Including The Necessary Building Physics, Acoustic And Sustainability Advice And Elaborations.
