Descriptionin Connection With The Next Agreement Period For The Purchase Of Regional Air Routes In Northern Norway Starting On 1 November 2028, The Ministry Of Transport And Communications Wishes To Carry Out An External Transport-Related Study. The Purpose Is To Strengthen The Professional Basis For The Ministrys Assessments So That The Announced Purchase Scheme Takes Care Of Important Considerations To The Greatest Extent, Such As The Best Possible Transport Standard At The Lowest Possible Cost, A Route Offer Adapted To Expected Market Development, Preparation For Competition, Assessment Of The Extent Of The Fot Scheme And Social Economy. The Consultant Must Assess The Current Route Offer And Propose How The Route Offer Should Be In Northern Norway From 1 November 2028. The Clients Intention Is That The Assignment Should Begin At The Latest At The End Of March 2026 And Be Completed By 20 August 2026. The Assignment Is Assumed To Have A Financial Framework Of Up To Nok 1,000,000 Excl. Vat The Client Cannot Rule Out That There Will Be A Need To Obtain Assessments After The Investigation Has Been Completed In The Above-Mentioned Areas. The Client Must Therefore Have An Option On Follow-Up Or Additional Work To The Report. Please Note That The Need For And Scope Of Such Work Is Not Known, But The Ministry Estimates The Value Of This To Be Around 50,000 Excl. Vat The Financial Framework Of Up To Nok 1,000,000 Excl.
