The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery And Implementation Of A Comprehensive System Ensuring Support For Sealing Documents With Qualified Electronic Seals, Including: 1) Delivery Of Six (6) Identical Hsm Devices Together With The System Software And Licenses Necessary For Their Operation, 2) Delivery Of Two (2) Identical Remote Devices, 3) Delivery Of Two (2) Identical Backup Devices, 4) Delivery Of Software, 5) Publishing Qualified E-Seal Certificates, 6) Execution And Making The Solution Available To The Ordering Party By Implementing All Delivered Devices And Software And Adapting It To Support Qualified E-Seals In The Ordering Partys System, 7) Granting By The Contractor A Warranty (Contractors Guarantee) For The Implemented Devices And Software And Providing Warranty Service And Support Services For The Implemented Devices And Software In This Respect, 8) Providing Additional Services. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 11 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2. Deadline For Order Completion: 1) Delivery Of Six (6) Hsm Devices, Within 8 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement; 2) Delivery Of Two (2) Remote Devices, Within 8 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement; 3) Delivery Of Two (2) Backup Devices, Within 8 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement; 4) Delivery Of The Software Within 8 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement; 5) Issuing Certificates Throughout The Entire Period Of Provision Of The Warranty Service And Support Service; 6) Execution And Making The Solution Available To The Ordering Party By Implementing All Delivered Devices And Software And Adapting It To Support Qualified E-Seals In The Ordering Partys System, Within 16 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement; 7) Granting By The Contractor A Warranty (Contractors Guarantee) For The Implemented Devices And Software And The Provision Of Warranty Service And Support Services For The Implemented Devices And Software For 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Implementation Acceptance Protocol; 8) Provision Of Additional Services Throughout The Entire Term Of The Agreement.
