Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work - Proceedings For The Award Of A Public Contract, Conducted Under An Open Tender, With A Value Exceeding The Equivalent Of Eur 20,000,000, For The Performance Of Construction Works Entitled: Modernization Of The Department Of Trauma-Orthopedic Surgery And Motor System Cancer In The High Building Of The Im. M. Copernicus In Łódź.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation By The Contractor Of The Entire Investment In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Provided For In The Procedure Conducted Under The Open Tender Procedure Under The Name Modernization Of The Department Of Trauma-Orthopedic Surgery And Muscular System Cancer In The High Building Of The M. Copernicus Center In Łódź. In Particular, The Subject Of This Agreement Includes: A) Preparation Of A Construction And Executive Design For All Industries In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order, Including The Design Of Radiological Shields, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Cost Estimates, And Obtaining A Building Permit Or Reporting Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit (If Required), B) Execution Of Construction And Installation Works Based On The Prepared Executive Design, C) Preparing On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Notice Of Commencement And Completion Of Works And Obtaining Permits Required By Law Necessary For The Construction Of The Facility And Putting It Into Use (If Required), D) Obtaining All Permits Necessary To Carry Out The Investment, Including Those Required By Nuclear Law And Other Legal Acts In Connection With The Occurrence Of Ionizing Radiation Used For Diagnostic And Medical Therapy Purposes, E) Carrying Out Copyright Supervision Of The Author Of The Project To The Extent Referred To In The Act Of July 7, 1994. Construction Law, F) Organizing And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Acceptances, As Well As The Final Acceptance Of All The Works Of A Given Stage That Are The Subject Of The Contract.
