Request for proposals for Hygiene, MHM & Environmental Cleaning Kits in Gaza The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is an international, non sectarian, voluntary organization providing relief and protection for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. IRC responds to the worlds worst humanitarian crises and helps people to survive and rebuild their lives. Founded in 1933, the IRC offers lifesaving care and life-changing assistance to refugees forced to flee from war or disaster. The IRC operates in Occupied Palestinian Territory and has a requirement to establish a tender bid to provide Hygiene, MHM & Environmental Cleaning kits in Gaza Strip. In case the supplier is unable to provide a deduction at source certificate (for the withholding tax), the tax will be deducted in accordance with Palestinian law and paid on behalf of the supplier to the Ministry of Finance in Ramallah according to the law No. (8) of 2012 concerning tax deduction at source, issued by the Ministry of Finance (MoF).
