The RMLD is soliciting flat fixed price bids for mailing services for twenty thousand (20,000) electric bills per month based on approximately eight (8) mailing days per month, with a quantity ranging from sixty (60) to six thousand (6,000) bills each mailing day. Flat rate fixed priced bids shall include all labor, equipment, and supplies/ materials necessary to perform the Mailing Services as described in the bid specifications.
