The Subject Of Public Procurement, Which Will Be Awarded For Implementation With Specific Contracts On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, Will Include One Or Several Of The Following Main Activities: Construction Activities For The Construction, Repair And Rehabilitation Of A Supply Water Supply, Street Water Supply, Repair Or Replacement Of A Building Water Supply Diversion, Repair, Replacement Or Installation Of Water Fittings, Repair Of Other Elements And Equipment Of The Water Supply Network, Excavation Activities. The Number Of Objects, The Type And Quantity Of Works Could Not Be Determined In Advance, As They Depend On The Available Financial Resources Of The Contracting Authority, Emergency And Urgent Situations, Requests Of Citizens And Organizations. When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, Activities Of Different Complexity And Type Of Implementation Arise. The Scope, Main Parameters And Conditions Under Which The Activities Included In The Public Procurement Will Be Carried Out Will Be Determined For Each Specific Award Through An Internally Competitive Selection In Accordance With Art. 82, Para. 3 And 4 Of The Zop. ​​​​​​​
