With The Current Awarding Procedure, The Selection Of A Contractor Should Be Ensured, Through Which A Complete, Complex Solution For The Implementation Of The Object Of The Public Procurement Can Be Achieved, Namely - Improvement Of The Courtyard Of 199 Ou St. John The Apostle In Upi V Za Uchilishte, District 35, Locality Levski - Zone G, So District Poduyane. The Main Goal Of The Project Is To Transform And Renovate The Schools Yard Space, Creating Suitable Conditions For Its Use By Students, Their Teachers And Parents. By Distinguishing Functionally Diverse Zones - For Sports And Games, For Recreation And Extracurricular Activities, Located Among A Connected Green System, The Schoolyard Becomes An Attractive Place For Use, Both During The Educational Process And Outside Of School. Another Important Objective Of The Project Is To Implement Measures To Reduce Surface Water Runoff And The Load On The Sewage System During Heavy Rains And To Propose Landscaping With Native Species And Perennials That Require Less Maintenance. The Following Scope Of Activities Should Be Carried Out, Namely: • Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase According To An Agreed Conceptual Design And Carrying Out Authors Supervision During Construction. Project Documentation Is Prepared In Full Compliance With All Relevant Legal Requirements And By Legally Competent Designers. The Design Team Of The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Authors Supervision During Construction On All Parts Of The Project According To Art. 162 Of The Zut. The Designer Of The Relevant Part Must Be Present At The Drawing Up Of All Acts And Protocols Requiring The Participation Of A Designer, Mandatory According To The Category Of Construction According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 For The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction. • Implementation Of The Planned Construction Works, According To The Prepared Project Documentation. The Contractor Should Ensure Complete And Accurate Implementation In The Full Scope Of The Approved Investment Project, In Compliance With All Technological And Regulatory Requirements. The Warranty Periods For The Site Are In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 On Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Equipment And Construction Sites, And The Same Begin To Run From The Date Of Issuance Of The Permit For The Use Of The Construction Site. ​​​​​​​​​
