The Current Procedure For Awarding A Public Procurement Is Being Conducted After The Partial Termination Of A Public Procurement With Unique Identification Number 03391-2025-0002, In The Part For The Terminated Individual Positions. According To Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Zop, The Object Of The Present Procedure Is Delivery. The Following Specific Items Are Provided For In This Order: Separate Position No. 1 - Delivery And Warranty Service Of Computer And Peripheral Equipment Separate Item No. 2 - Supply Of Network Equipment Headline No. 3 – “Supply Of Stem Software Packages To School” On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Foresees That The Implementation Of Separate Item No. 3: - Supply Of Stem Software Packages For Schools Will Be Awarded In The Order Of Its Individual Value Falling Within The Threshold Of Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act - By Direct Award. The Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 3 Is In The Amount Of 4,296.22 Euros And Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order, Which Is In The Amount Of 32,613.57 Euros. The Residual Value Of The Order, After The Allocation Of Separate Item No. 3, Is In The Amount Of 28,317.35 Euros.
