The Subject Of The Order Is The Following: Modernization Of The Left-Side Embankment Of The Warta River Modlica - Białobrzeg From Km 0+000 To Km 8+800, Commune. Pyzdry General Description: The Subject Of The Project Is The Reconstruction (Reconstruction) Of The Existing Section Of The Left-Side Flood Embankment Of The River. Warta Along The Length L = 1010 M (Embankment Km 2+640 ÷ 3+650 Along With The Embankment Crossing At Km 2+995 And The Embankment Culvert At Km 2+665 As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Modernization Of The Left-Side Embankment Of The Warta River Modlica - Białobrzeg From Km 0+000 To Km 8+800, Pyzdry Commune. Transfer The Embankment Is Planned To Be Rebuilt And The Surface Reinforced Along Its Entire Length With Openwork Slabs With Dimensions Of 100 X 75 X 2.5 On A Gravel Layer. The Embankment Culvert Should Consist Of A Duct Of Reinforced Concrete Pipes With A Square Cross-Section Of 1.20 M X 1.20 M, Abutments (Outlet And Inlet), Reinforcements In Front Of The Inlet And Behind The Outlet, And Check Valves. The Investment Will Be Implemented Under The Act Of July 8, 20210 On Specific Rules For The Preparation Of Investments In The Field Of Flood Protection Structures. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Secure And Protect The Areas On The Side Of The Embankment Against The Large Waters Of The Warta River By Rebuilding The Existing Flood Embankment To Meet The Technical Parameters Currently In Force Validity Of Hydrotechnical Structures In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of April 20, 2007 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Hydrotechnical Structures And Their Location (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 86, Item 579).
