Software Supply Services – Framework Agreement For Providing Aveva Products In The Flexcredits License Model. The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Negotiation Of A Framework Agreement Containing Framework Contractual Conditions For The Performance Of Individual Subcontracts, The Subject Of Which Is The Provision Of Licenses (Authorization To Exercise Intellectual Property Rights And The Right Of Use) For Avevas Sw Products And The Provision Of Support For Avevas Sw Products, According To Part 3 Of The Tender Documentation. The Subject Of Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Is The Provision Of Aveva Sw Product Licenses (Subscriptions) In The Flexcredits Model For The Use Of Existing Licensed Aveva Sw Products And Their Expansion According To The Business Needs Of Čez Group Companies. The Contracting Authority Undertakes That, After Signing The Framework Agreement, It Will Carry Out The Initiation Procurement At Least To The Extent According To Annex P2, Part 4 Of The Procurement Documentation. The Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of § 131 Zzvz Will Be Concluded With One Supplier. Subcontracts Will Be Concluded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement According To The Conditions Specified In Part 3 Of This Tender Documentation. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, In The Manner Specified Therein, The Contracting Authority Will Always Order Performance In Time And To The Extent According To Its Current Needs.
