The Award Includes Specialist Planning For The Service Profiles Of Structural Planning And Building Physics (Thermal Protection And Energy Balance) As Well As Building Acoustics (Sound Insulation) For The Construction Project For The New Ihnetal Fire Department Base, Which Is Briefly Described Above And Explained In More Detail In The Service Description. A Gradual Commissioning Of Service Phases 1 And 2 As Well As 5 To 8 Is Planned, Whereby Only Service Phases 1 And 2 Are To Be Processed With Their Regular Scope Of Services. In The Course Of Service Phases 6 And 7, The Contractor Must Participate In The Preparation Of The Award (In Particular By Working On The Functional Service Description) And The Implementation Of The Gu Tender.
