Hämeen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (Hamk) Wants To Increase Its Recognition And Appreciation Among Its Stakeholders. Hamks Goal Is To Be The Primary Choice For Even More Young People. We Want Our Stakeholders To Understand Our Operations, Its Importance And Cooperation Opportunities Even Better. For This Purpose, Hamk Purchases Marketing Campaigning As A Service, Which Has Two Main Target Groups: 1. Potential Young Applicants And 2. Decision-Makers And Business Representatives. The Purpose Of The Campaign Is To Support Hamks Goals In Student Recruitment And Social Influence Work. The Emphasis Between The Two Is Defined During Campaign Planning. The Duration Of The Campaign Is One Year (12 Months From The Start Of The Contract). The Aim Is To Start The Contract In April 2026. The Acquisition Also Includes The Possibility To Extend The Contract With Three (3) Separate Option Years (1+1+1). The Total Budget Of The Campaign Is Approximately €150,000 Per Year. A More Detailed Description Of The Content And Other Details Of The Service To Be Procured Can Be Found In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Participation, Description Of Procurement. The Procurement Is Carried Out Using A Limited Procedure Defined In The Procurement Act, Which Includes Two Stages. In The First Step, With This Procurement Notice And Request For Participation, All Willing And Suitable Suppliers Are Asked To Submit Applications For Participation. Five (5) Of The Eligible Bidders Who Have Submitted An Application For Participation Will Be Selected For The Second Stage Of The Procedure. The Actual Request For Tenders And The Invitation To Submit Tenders Will Be Sent To Those Selected.
