Gasgrid Finland Oy Is A State-Owned Company That Acts As System Responsible Natural Gas Transmission Network Operator In Finland. The Company Offers Safe, Reliable And Cost-Effective Gas Transmission And Actively And Customer-Oriented Develops The Transmission Platform, Service Offering And Gas Market In Order To Promote The Carbon-Neutral Energy System Of The Future. Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy Is A Subsidiary Of Gasgrid Finland Oy, Established In 2022, Whose Mission Is To Promote Gasgrids Role As A Developer Of The Hydrogen Economy. The Aforementioned Together Will Be Referred To By The Definition (Procurement Unit Or Gasgrid) In The Future. In This Procurement, The Procurement Unit Is Looking For Two (2) Framework Contract Suppliers To Be Responsible For The Maintenance, Modification And Connection Contracting Of The Gas Transmission Network It Manages, As Well As Construction Contracts For Network-Related Entities, Such As Pressure Reduction And Valve Stations. The Selected Framework Contract Suppliers Will Basically Act As The Main Contractor And Main Executor Of The Objects To Be Built. The Contracts Resulting From This Procurement Procedure Will Be Used Especially At The Beginning Of The Contract Period In The Construction Of The Large 100Mw - 500Mw Pressure Reduction Stations To Be Built On The Procurement Units Site. The Scope Of Delivery Includes E.G. The Following (Not Limited To These): - Construction Of The Transfer Pipe - Construction Work Of The Pressure Reduction Station - Device And Pipe Installations Of The Pressure Reduction Station - Sia Installations Of The Pressure Reduction Station The Scope Of Delivery Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 4 Of This Procurement Notice (Preliminary Scope Of Delivery). The Framework Agreements Are Scheduled To Enter Into Force ~Q2/2026, And The Planned Validity Of The Agreements Is 3+2+2 Years. The Mini-Competition And Supplier Selection Mechanisms For Assignments Under The Framework Agreement Are Described In More Detail In The Next Stages Of The Procurement Procedure. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right To Carry Out The Mini-Competition For The First Assignment At The Same Time As The Procurement Procedure For The Framework Contract. The Contract Does Not Contain A Quantity Purchase Obligation And Does Not Give The Selected Suppliers Exclusive Rights To Construction Contracts According To The Procurement Units Procurement Description.
