Tenders Are Invited For Beach Services – 26Dsp03 - Public Service Delegation (Dsp), For The Operation Of Sea Bathing Activities On The Ceinturon Beach Concession In The Community Of Hyères-Les-Palmiers - Lot 1
Beach Services – 26Dsp03 - Public Service Delegation (Dsp), For The Operation Of Sea Bathing Activities On The Ceinturon Beach Concession In The Community Of Hyères-Les-Palmiers - Lot 1. The Subcontractor Of Beach Lot No. 1 Is Authorized To Occupy A Maximum Area Of 400 M² (40*10 M). This Lot Is Dedicated To The Sole Activity Of Mattress/Parasol Rental. Only Furniture Necessary For The Activity Is Permitted. The Services Constituting The Public Service Are Set Out In Article 2.3 Of The Consultation Regulations. The Lot Must Be Accessible To People With Disabilities Or Reduced Mobility. The Ceinturon Natural Beach Concession Is Located On The Eastern Part Of The Eastern Tombolo, Between The Port Of Saint-Pierre And Ayguade Beach. It Is A Fine Sandy Beach Facing East. During The Operating Period, The Subcontractor Must Arrange And Store, Outside Of The Lots Operating Hours, Its Equipment And Materials In Its Storage Area Or Failing That At The Top Of The Lot. This Should In No Way Prevent The Maintenance Of The Beach By The Competent Services Of The Concessionaire (Article 9.3 Of The Annexed Agreement).
