Tenders Are Invited For Beach Services – 26Dsp01-Public Service Delegation (Dsp), For The Operation Of Sea Bathing Activities On The Natural Beaches Of Mar-Vivo / Les Sablettes In The Commune Of La Seyne-Sur-Mer - Lot 3
Beach Services – 26Dsp01-Public Service Delegation (Dsp), For The Operation Of Sea Bathing Activities On The Natural Beaches Of Mar-Vivo / Les Sablettes In The Commune Of La Seyne-Sur-Mer - Lot 3. In Accordance With Article 3 Of The Subcontract And 2.3 Of The Consultation Regulations, The Subcontractor Of The Lot Is Authorized To Occupy A Maximum Surface Area Of 200 M² In Accordance With The Plan Intended For The Rental Of Mattresses/Parasols, Without The Possibility Of Light Catering. The Services Constituting The Public Service Are Set Out In Article 2.3 Of The Consultation Regulations. The Lot Is Not Subject To An Obligation Of Accessibility For People With Reduced Mobility. The Authorized And Prohibited Services And Equipment Are Detailed In This Operating Subcontract And Its Appendix 5 (Agreement Annexed To The Subcontract). During The Operating Period, The Subcontractor Must Arrange And Store, Outside Of The Lots Operating Hours, Its Equipment And Materials In Its Storage Area Or Failing That At The Top Of The Lot. This Should In No Way Prevent The Maintenance Of The Beach By The Competent Services Of The Concessionaire (Article 9.3 Of The Annexed Agreement).
