Supply Of Natural Gas For 39 Places Of Consumption Belonging To Dgrfp Brasov In The Amount Of 4075 Mwh According To The Specification, Quantity Estimated Until 31.12.2026, The Maximum Quantity Which Also Includes The Amount Of Additional Ones For A Maximum Period Of 3 (Three) Months In The Year 2027: 8380 Mwh According To The Specification. The Minimum Value Of The Contract Is 1,326,770 Lei Without Vat (Until December 31, 2026). The Maximum Value Is 2,728,645 Lei Without Vat And Represents The Global Estimated Value That Also Includes The Value Of The Supplements. According To Art. 165 Paragraph (1) Lit. B) From Hg No. 395/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, We State That The Addition Of Quantities Is Conditioned By The Existence Of Financial Resources Allocated For This Purpose.
