Element Pipes, Angles, Combination Valves And T-Branches. The Content Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Documents Attached To The Request For Tender, Which The Tenderer Is Asked To Read Before Making The Tender. The Materials To Be Procured Are Identified In The Appendix District Heating And District Cooling Elements 2026. The Quantities Of Materials To Be Procured Are Estimates Of The Customers Material Needs For One Year, And The Customer Is Not Committed To The Stated Quantities. The Planned Contract Period For The Procurement Is 16.4.2026-31.3.2027. In Addition, The Acquisition Includes Two Separately Decided Extension Options: 1 April 2027-31 March 2028 And 1 April 2028-31 March 2029. The Customer And The Supplier Jointly Agree To Use The Extension Option No Later Than Four Months Before The End Of The Valid Contract Period. The Customer Reserves The Right To Tender Separately For Significant Project-Related District Heating Or District Cooling Materials For New Construction Projects And/Or Extensive Renovations.
