The Energy-Saving Renovation Includes The Revision Of The Building Envelope, Which Includes The Insulation Of The Facade And The Replacement Of All Window And External Doors. The Flat And Pent Roofs Of The Adjoining Rooms, With A Total Area Of Approx. 495 M², Will Also Be Renovated To Improve Energy Efficiency. The Main Roof Of The Sports Hall Consists Of A Hipped Roof, Which Will Not Be Renovated. The Energetic Zoning Ends With The Insulation In The Top Floor Ceiling, Therefore Directly Above The Collar Beam Ceiling Of The Sports Hall. The Energetic Renovation Also Includes The Installation Of A New Heating System And A New Ventilation System For The Adjoining Rooms; The Technical Equipment Measures Are Described In More Detail Below. The Energy-Related Renovation Is Carried Out While The School Is In Operation, So Special Safety-Relevant Aspects Must Be Taken Into Account.
