The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Rental Agreement Management, Ledger And Maintenance System To Be Used By Riihimäki Kotikulma Oy (Hereinafter Referred To As The Procurement Unit). The System Is Purchased As A Complete System As A Service (Saas) Solution. The Offered Solution Must Be A Ready-Made System In Production Use That Can Be Adapted To The Needs Of The Procurement Unit. The Goal Is For The System Implementation Process To Start In Late Spring 2026 And For The Lease Management And Ledger System To Be In Production Use By October 31, 2026, And For The Maintenance System To Be In Production Use By December 1, 2026 At The Latest. The Object Of The Procurement And The Requirements Are Described In More Detail In The Tender Documents. The Procurement Unit Selects One (1) Supplier As A Contract Partner Based On The Tender. The Contract Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years From The Start Of Production Use, After Which The Contract Will Continue Indefinitely With The Notice Periods And Conditions Stated In The Contract. In Addition To The System, The Procurement Also Includes The System Implementation Project And System Maintenance, Operation And Development Services During The Contract Period. The Law On Public Procurement And Concession Agreements (1397/2016, Procurement Law) Applies To Procurement. The Procurement Concerns Procurement That Exceeds The Eu Threshold Of Article 26. The Procurement Procedure Is An Open Procedure In Accordance With Section 32 Of The Procurement Act. The Procurement Procedure Is Carried Out In Finnish.
