The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Network Devices For Tetra Containers At Enea Operator Sp. Z O. O. 1.2. Variant Offers Are Not Allowed. 1.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Submitted Offer Must Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order. 1.4. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And That The Contractor Provide The Companies Of The Subcontractors, If They Are Known At The Stage Of Submitting Offers. 1.5.
