The Norwegian Working Environment Authority Has A Number Of Professional Systems That The Norwegian Working Environment Authority Uses In Its Daily Work. The Systems Support The Supervision In Relation To The Preparation, Implementation And Reporting Of Supervision As Well As Secure Data In The Norwegian Working Environment Authoritys Registers, Data Warehouse, Etc. The Systems Are Self-Developed And Are Primarily Based On Microsoft Products. With This Order, The Norwegian Working Environment Authority Offers A Framework Agreement On Development, Maintenance, Application Operation And Advice Regarding The Norwegian Occupational Safety And Health Authoritys Professional Systems. The Services Must - With The Exception Of The Main Service Projects, Cf. Below - Be Provided By A Consulting Team Offered By The Supplier Consisting Of Approx. 40 Consultants. The Consultants Must Work Closely With The Norwegian Working Environment Authoritys Own Employees In The Norwegian Working Environment Authoritys Agile Teams. The Consulting Team Works Directly In The Norwegian Working Environment Authoritys Systems. Several Of The Norwegian Working Environment Authoritys Professional Systems Interface With The Esdh System F2 And Have Integration Points For Other Public Authorities. The Norwegian Working Environment Authority Uses Statens It (Sit) As An Operating Supplier And Mainly Uses Sits Operating Model 3A. Ii. Main Services The Offered Framework Agreement Includes The Following Main Services: A) Development And Adaptation B) Projects Based On A Waterfall-Based Approach C) Maintenance D) Application Operation E) Consulting As Main Service A): The Supplier Must Deliver Development And Adaptation Of The Professional Systems Using An Agile Approach (Cf. The Safe Framework), Including Changes And/Or Extensions Of The Systems Functionality, User Interface, Reports And Integrations. Development And Adaptation Must Be Delivered In Accordance With The Framework And Technologies Specified Above, Cf. Section I. Regarding Main Service B): The Supplier Must Deliver Projects Based On A Waterfall-Based Approach. The Delivery Covered By The Project Must Be Handed Over To The Norwegian Working Environment Authoritys Agile Teams (Technically And Process-Wise). Projects Must Be Delivered In Accordance With The Framework And Technologies Specified Above, Cf. Section I. For Main Performance C): The Supplier Must Provide Maintenance, Including Technical Support, Troubleshooting And Emergency Response. Maintenance Must Be Delivered According To The Frameworks And Technologies Specified Above, Cf. Section I. Main Performance D): The Supplier Must Deliver The Application Operation On Selected Professional Systems Based On Microsoft Products And Sitecore (Which Is Being Phased Out).
