The Subject Of The Order Includes Reprofiling (Mechanized, In 6 Stages) Of Railway Rails In The Tracks And Turnouts Of Metro Warszawskie Sp. Z O. O.. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (In Particular Technical Requirements Regarding The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order) Is Included In The Technical Specification (Hereinafter: St), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Specification Of Terms Of The Order (Hereinafter: Swz) And Being Its Integral Part. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Procedure Documentation, I.E.: Swz And Its Annexes, In Particular The St And The Contract Template (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). 4.
