The Object Of The Contract Is The Service For The Implementation Of Technical Solutions Of Conservative Management For Maintaining And Improving The Conservation Status Of Fish Species Within The Measure - Ms.3.1.8. The Artificial Reproduction Of The Cottus Gobio Species And The Population Of Specific Habitats In The Retezat National Park, Within The Project Code Smis 3330099 (Implementation Of Conservation Measures For The Species And Habitats Of The Retezat National Park And The Overlapping Natura 2000 Sites) In Order To Implement The Measure - Ms.3.1.8. The Artificial Reproduction Of The Cottus Gobio Species And The Population Of Specific Habitats, Will Take Into Account The Following Specific Objectives For The Target Species: 1. Artificial Reproduction Of The Cottus Gobio Species And The Population Of Specific Habitats On 5 Of The 10 Rivers/River Sectors, Selected Within The Management Plan (Mare River (The Sector Downstream Of The Gura Apelor Dam), Mare River (The Sector Upstream Of The Gura Apelor Dam), Lăpușnic, Șes, Buta) 2. Increasing The Size Of The Population From A Minimum Of 1790 Individuals (According To The Foundation Study) To At Least 2500 Individuals. 3. Increasing The Population Density Of Cottus Gobio (Goblin) Inside The Protected Area (Pa), Expressed In The Number Of Individuals Per 100 M2, From A Current Value Of Approximately 2 Individuals/100M2 (According To The Foundation Study) To 5 Individuals/100 M2 At The End Of The Project. 4. Increasing The Density Of Juveniles To 10 Specimens/100 M2 And The Rate Of Juveniles To 40% (Compared To The Current Rate Of Approximately 19.5%), In Order To Achieve A Favorable Conservation Status For The Target Species, As Mentioned In The Foundation Study And Recommended By The Scientific Literature (Uzunova Et Al., 2017). 5. Extension Of The Distribution Area Of The Species, From 11.5 Km, To 30 Km, According To The Approved Foundation Study.
