Military Electronic Systems - Application Request For Participation: Near Area Alarms. The Logistics Department Of The Defense Forces (Hereinafter Procurement Unit) Is Requesting A Participation Application For The Procurement Of Proximity Alarms For The Defense Forces In Accordance With This Request For Participation Applications. The Object Of Procurement Is A Test Set Of 1,500 Proximity Alarms During The Year 2026. The Functionality Of The Local Area Alarm Is Tested In A Trial Run, Based On Which Changes Can Be Made To The Local Area Alarms Purchased As Options. The Procurement Includes An Additional Procurement Reservation (Option) For A Total Of 15,000 Units For The Years 2027-2029. The Near Area Alarm Is A Lightweight System That Can Be Used For Early Warning In The Fighters Equipment. The Proximity Alarm Is Used In The Vicinity Of Ones Own Stations To Warn Of The Approach Of The Enemy. Its Operation Is Based On A Mechanical Trigger With A Trap Wire And Alarming Is Done By Light And/Or Sound. The Exact Requirements Of The Procurement Are Described In The Request For Tender.
