The Customer Always Has The Right To Implement Projects Also With Separate Tenders Outside Of This Contract. The Tasks Covered By This Contract Are The So-Called Small And Medium-Sized Renovation Or Renovation Projects. The Predictable Total Value Of The Orders In This Framework Arrangement Is Approximately 3 - 12 Million. €/Year And The Value Of Individual Projects 0.2-2.0 Million. €. The Duration Of The Contract Is Two (2) Years. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract Period With Two (2) One (1) Year Options. The Subscriber Will Notify The Option Implementation 3 Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. During The Contract Period, The Projects Are Mainly Implemented As Target And Ceiling Price Project Management Contracts In Accordance With The Attached Contract Program And Project Management Contract Cooperation Procedure Documents.
