Requirements For Organizing A Channel For Accessing The Internet Through The Esd: 1. Organize A Symmetric Channel For Accessing The Internet Through The Esd With No Limitation On The Volume Of Incoming/Outgoing Traffic (Unlimited); 2. Interface For Connecting To The Customer’S Local Network – Enternet; 3. Provide Access To The Internet Via The Tcp/Ip Protocol; 4. In The Event Of A Channel Failure, The Customer’S Duty Operator Reports The Problem To The Supplier’S Technical Support Service, Who Determines The Status Of The Problem And Calls The Appropriate Personnel To Fix The Problem; 5. Provide Direct Access To The Internet Without The Use Of Caching Servers; 6. Ensure The Level Of Packet Loss On Your Network Is No More Than 1%; 7. The Supplier’S Terrestrial Telecommunications Network Equipment Must Support Modern Packet Data Transmission Technologies And Protocols Such As Bgp-4 (Rfc 1771), Mpls (Rfc 3031), Mp-Bgp (Rfc 2858), Mpls Vpn (Rfc 2858Bis); 8. The Supplier Must Provide Internet Access Services 24 Hours A Day, 275 Days A Year In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan “On Communications”, Rules For The Provision Of Internet Access Services (Order Of The Acting Minister For Investment And Development Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan No. 10999 Dated 02/24/2015) And The Law Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan “On Informatization”; 9. Ensure Compatibility With Existing Equipment And Technology. Providing Access To The Internet Should Be Carried Out While Preserving The Existing Terminal Equipment;
