Tenders are invited for Business Development Training Expert RMF is seeking a qualified expert to design and deliver comprehensive entrepreneurship trainings to 60 women and youth for entrepreneurship and business development within the apple processing and agro-food processing sector. Topics can include but are not limited to 1) entrepreneurship development; 2) business idea generation; 3) agro-processing; 4) branding and digital sales; and, 5) sustainable practices (waste management and energy efficiency) Practical sessions will be held to develop the participants business ideas. Consultants will evaluate proposals during training sessions based on their feasibility, potential impact on the apple value chain, alignment with sustainable business practices, as well as innovation, originality, and environmental and social impact. Objectives: The objective of this training is to enhance the capacity and willingness of selected participants to develop entrepreneurial skills and knowledge. Upon the completion of the training, one of the expected outcomes is that each participant develops its own business plan for their respective idea, made under the guidance of the trainer.
