Employees Who Would Like To Take Advantage Of This Benefit Have The Option Of Paying The Alternative Remuneration Incentive System Of Section 18A Tvöd-Vka Into A Company Health Insurance Policy In The Form Of A Voluntary, Tax-Free Benefit In Kind Of Currently A Maximum Of Eur 50.00/Month In Accordance With Section 8 Paragraph 2 Sentence 11 Estg. Financing For All Employees By The Employer Is Excluded. The Insured Can Join The Insurance Without A Health Check And With The Option Of Private Continuation After Leaving Employment. The Contract Should Be Able To Be Concluded With 10 Or More Employees. Furthermore, Family Members Should Be Able To Be Insured As Self-Payers. Access To The Bkv Must Also Be Guaranteed For Future Employees Of The Frankfurt (Oder) City Administration.
