Firefighting Vehicles – Purchase Of Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicles For Volunteer Fire Department Units From The Czarnocin Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Two (2) Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicles For The Volunteer Fire Department From The Czarnocin Commune. 2. The Order Includes The Delivery Of Two (2) Identical Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicles, One For The Dalków Volunteer Fire Department And One For The Biskupia Wola Volunteer Fire Department. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 11 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Minimum Technical And Utility Requirements For A Medium Rescue And Fire-Extinguishing Vehicle). All Requirements Specified In The Swz Constitute Minimum (Technical And Qualitative) Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. 4. As Part Of The Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Sell And Deliver The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Annex No. 11 To The Swz; 2) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order/Agreement To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party At The Sole Cost And Risk Of The Contractor. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Separate Remuneration In This Respect And Is Not Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party; 3) Delivery Of Equipment Free From Defects, Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Complete And Ready For Work Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party; 4) Conducting Free Training For Two People For Each Car Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Basic Maintenance And Operation Of The Subject Of The Contract; 5) Marking Of Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicles With The Operational Numbers Of The Volunteer Fire Department, The Coat Of Arms Of The Czarnocin Commune And Signs (Related To The Promotion Of The Project For Which The Commune Received Funding), In Accordance With The Book Of Signs Available On The Website Of The Managing Authority And The Manual Of The Applicant And Beneficiary Of European Funds For 2021-2027 In The Field Of Information And Promotion, The Marking Design Should Be Agreed With Ordering Party; 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Documents With The Vehicles, In Particular: # Technical Documentation, Operating Instructions In Polish For The Car Chassis, Fire Protection Superstructure And Installed Devices And Equipment; # A Current Certificate Of Approval For Use In Fire Protection For The Vehicle (Certificate Valid On The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order); # Documentation Necessary To Register The Vehicle As A Special Car, Resulting From The Road Traffic Law, Including The Approval Certificate And Others Required In Accordance With Annex No. 10 To The Swz; 7) Granting A Quality Guarantee And Extending The Warranty Period To A Period Equal To The Warranty For: # Chassis, Engine, Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Components - For A Period Of Min. 24 Months, # Fire Protection Equipment – For The Period Indicated In The Offer /Min. 24 Months, Max. 60 Months* * Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers 5.
