The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items And Their Possible Returns Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended) To The Voivodeship Local Government Organizational Units For Which The Order Is Being Carried Out. 2. The Contractor Is To Complete The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Order Documents, In Particular With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Must Be Authorized To Conduct A Specific Business Or Professional Activity, In Particular He Must Be Entered In The Register Of Postal Operators Kept By The President Of The Office Of Electronic Communications, In Accordance With Art. 6 Of The Postal Law Act Of November 23, 2012. 3. The Order Will Be Implemented Within The Scope Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, With The Possibility Of Activating The Option. Detailed Rules For Activating The Option Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 3 To The Swz And In Annexes 2A And 2B To The Opz.
