Subject Of The Tendered Service: As Part Of The Renovation Of The Nuremberg Crematorium, Westfriedhof, It Is Necessary To Structurally Expand The Technical Building. The Existing Crematorium Building Will Be Renovated And Converted And Expanded With The Same Eaves Height. The Expansion Will Take Place In A Westerly Direction, Thus Being As Far Away As Possible From The Historic, Listed Parts Of The Existing Building. This Tender Essentially Includes The Shell Construction Work For Conversion And Expansion, As Well As Earthworks, The Creation Of Rain Drainage And Building Drainage. An Important Boundary Condition Is That The Execution Of The Project Is Divided Into A Total Of Five Construction Phases And The Conversion/Renovation And Expansion Must Take Place During Operation. The Measure Includes Construction Work In Sections, Some Of Which Have Complex Interfaces To The Technical Equipment And Construction Of The Cremation Facilities.
