The Contract Is Limited To 4 Years, But Can Be Extended Twice For One Year Each. The Probationary Period Is 6 Months. In Addition To The Ongoing Daily Maintenance Cleaning (Daily From Monday To Friday), Special Cleanings Such As Windows (Twice A Year) And Basic Cleaning (Once A Year) Are Requested In Writing. We Assume 190 Cleaning Days Per Year For This Building. During The Respective Semester Breaks, Only Partial Areas (Areas Marked Yellow In The Room Directory) Are Cleaned. Here We Assume 50 Cleaning Days Per Year. The Cleaning Floor Area Is Approximately 2,393.25 Square Meters. Extrapolated To The Year, This Results In An Annual Cleaning Area Of Around 251,437.62 Square Meters. The Companies Involved Must Adhere To The Specified Annual Cleaning Hours When Calculating. This Minimum Number Of Hours Only Refers To Ongoing Maintenance Cleaning (Position 1) In The List Of Services.
