Procurement Plan for Grinding and Replacement Part and Testing of Valves Installed in Unit - 02/12/22 Train -1 & 2. Valve dismantling Valve Ball & Seat Ring is TC coated. Remove old coating. And recoating / Ball & Seat Ring to be repaired Grinding and polishing of internal parts (Ball and Seat) Replacement of body - body cap joint seat. Replacement of seat seals. Replacement of body-body cap graphite seal Replacement of stuffing box seals Replacement of stuffing box gasket. Replacement of seat springs. Repair Actuator if passing with necessary spare parts.
