Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S Tender For Agreement On Technical Advice And Assistance In Connection With Bulwark Renovations At Vedolkaj And Margretheholm. On The Basis Of An Inspection By The Secretariat For The Bridge And Bulwark Commission, The Developer Has Decided That Parts Of The Bulwark At Vedolkaj, More Specifically Quay 682, Quay 683 And The Northernmost Part Of Quay 684 On Refshaleøen Are To Be Renovated, While Two Pier Heads In The Margretheholm Channel Are To Be Demolished. Both Locations Are Located In Østhavnen. This Tender Concerns The Conclusion Of A Consultancy Contract For Technical Advice And Assistance In Relation To The Works Listed Below, Including Preparation For And Implementation Of Two Tenders For Separate Construction Contracts As Well As Professional Supervision And Project Follow-Up During The Execution Of The Construction Contracts. Work Covered By The Consultant Contract Is Expected To Be Carried Out In The Period From April 2026 To The End Of 2027.
