The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Consulting Services To Support The Digitization Of Quality Infrastructure Facilities Through: • Carrying Out Structured Needs Analyzes And Developing Digitization Strategies And Roadmaps • Analysis Of Current Processes, Design Of Optimized Target Processes And Creation Of Digitization Concepts • Development Of Functional And Technical Specifications For Digital Solutions, Including Security And Data Protection Requirements • Coordination Support For Implementation Within The Framework Of Larger Development Cooperation Projects • Building Sustainable Digital Skills Through Knowledge Transfer, Training And Capacity Development In Partner Institutions.
