The Contract Agreement Will Provide For Payment For Phases Of Work Completed, Withoptions To Proceed Through All Phases Or To Discontinue Work As The Circumstances May Dictate.Upon The Initial Selection Of A Respondent Based Upon Qualifications, With Which Negotiationsshall Proceed, A More Detailed Scope Of Work Will Be Developed.
