Beach Services – 26Dsp02 - Public Service Delegation (Dsp), For The Operation Of Sea Bathing Activities On The Natural Beach Concession Of Bona / Pesquiers In The Commune Dhyeres - Lot 1. In Accordance With Article 3 Of The Subcontract, The Subcontractor Of The Lot Is Authorized To Operate A Maximum Area Of 560 M² In Order To Carry Out Two Activities: The Rental Of Mattresses/Parasols And A Refreshment Counter In The Form Of Furniture With The Possibility Of Installing A Storage Box. The Beach Lot Is Not Subject To An Obligation Of Accessibility For People With Reduced Mobility. The Services Constituting The Public Service Are Set Out In Article 2.3 Of The Consultation Regulations. During The Operating Period, The Subcontractor Must Arrange And Store, Outside Of The Lots Operating Hours, Its Equipment And Materials In Its Storage Area Or Failing That At The Top Of The Lot. This Should In No Way Prevent The Maintenance Of The Beach By The Competent Services Of The Concessionaire (Article 9.3 Of The Annexed Agreement).
