The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Research Equipment In The Form Of An Integrated Environment For Synchronous Control Of Power Electronics Systems As Part Of The Public Security Technology Center Project. 2. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete And Technically Functional. The Statement Brand New Should Be Understood As The Subject Of The Order, Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding Use Necessary To Test Its Correct Operation After Production. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 3 Swz - Opz. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer All Necessary Devices, Hardware And Software Drivers, Operating Equipment, Installations And Software To Implement The Functional Assumptions Of The Subject Of The Order. 8. Delivery Deadline: Up To 2 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 9.
