The City Of Koszalin Commune And The Koszalin University Of Technology. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Management Of The Sports And Entertainment Hall In Koszalin At Ul. Śniadeckich 4 With The Performance Of Tasks On Behalf Of The Owners, I.E. The Municipality Of Koszalin And The Koszalin University Of Technology, To The Extent Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz). 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Property Management Services Covering All Technical And Organizational Activities In Order To Maintain The Technical Efficiency And Compliance With Applicable Regulations Of The Sports And Entertainment Hall Together With The Adjacent Areas In Koszalin At Ul. Śniadeckich 4, Owned By The Ordering Party; 2) Providing A Service For And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Consisting In Making The Managed Entertainment And Sports Hall Available For A Fee, Together With Technical And Organizational Support, To Legal And Natural Persons On Market Conditions That Are The Same For All Entities. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Chapter Iv Of The Swz And In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Together With The Annexes To The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz. 5. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Rules And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Together With The Annexes To The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz.
