Construction Supervision Services - Service Of Acting As A Substitute Investor For The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Tram Track To Kucelin In Częstochowa. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Acting As A Substitute Investor For The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Tram Track To Kucelin In Częstochowa, I.E. Comprehensive Financial And Technical Support For The Investment Task Along With The Settlement Of Funds Allocated For Its Implementation For The Investment Carried Out In The Design And Build System Under The Name: Reconstruction Of The Tram Track To Kucelin In Częstochowa. The Contractors Responsibilities Include In Particular: A) Investor Supervision Over The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation At The Design Stage; B) Investors Supervision Over Construction Works; C) Performing On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Activities Related To The Promotion Of The Project In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Program From Which The Task Will Be Co-Financed; D) Financial Supervision, Handling All Matters Related To The Financing Of The Task, Conducting Full Reporting And Settlements Of The Ordering Partys Own Funds And Funds Obtained For The Implementation Of The Investment By The Ordering Party, I.E. Funds From The Program From Which The Task Will Be Co-Financed. The Detailed Scope Of Duties That The Substitute Investor Will Have To Perform Is Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz, And The Contract Template Constituting Annex 2 To The Swz. At The Same Time, The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Works For The Entire Order Is Presented In Annex No. 1B Planned Scope Of Investment Implementation
