A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Construction Design, Technical Designs, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In The Bill Of Quantities. Note: Attached To The Swz Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Contractual Remuneration, The Offer Price Should Take Into Account The Actual Costs Of Task Implementation Resulting From The Documentation, Stwiorb And Swz Provisions. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Surveying Services, Perform All Surveys And Tests, Checks, Restore The Area To Its Previous Condition, Notify The Competent Authority About The Commencement Of Construction Works (If Applicable), Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility (If Applicable). The Contractor Must Perform A Surveying And As-Built Inventory And As-Built Documentation At His Own Expense. If The Origin Is Indicated In The Drawings, In The Stwiorb And In The Bill Of Quantities (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such References Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Technical And Qualitative Features Of The Subject Of The Order Should Comply With Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate (Prove) In The Offer That The Construction Works Or Devices Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
