Before Starting The Work, Vertical Markings Should Be Installed, Based On The Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works In The Road, Developed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Approved By The Road Traffic Manager. 2. Preparing The Damaged Area For Repair Includes Performing The Following Works: • Vertically Cutting The Edges Of The Damage (With Diamond Discs), Giving It The Shape Of A Simple Geometric Figure (Quadrilateral, Pentagon, Trapezoid) To The Depth Of The Deepest Damage And Removing Debris From The Construction Site, Or Milling The Damaged Surface And Cutting The Edges After Milling, • Removing Any Rainwater, Bringing The Damaged Area To An Air-Dry State, • Cleaning The Bottom And Edges Of The Damaged Area, • Spraying The Bottom And Vertical Edges Of The Repaired Area With A Fast-Disintegrating Cationic Asphalt Emulsion In The Amount Of 0.5 L/M2. Instead Of Spraying The Side Walls, You Can Alternatively Apply Self-Adhesive Rubber-Asphalt Tapes, • Embedding (While Maintaining The Existing Surface Grade) A Mineral-Bituminous Mixture In One Or Two Layers, Depending On The Depth Of The Surface Damage, • Compacting The Individual Layers Of The Incorporated Mixture Using A Roller Or Plate Compactor. • Pouring Asphalt On The Surface Of The Working Joint, • Measurement Of The Works Performed In Square Meters (Assuming 0.13 Mg/M2 Of The Built-In Mineral-Bituminous Mixture), • Payment For 1 Mg After Acceptance.
